RCS is holding a 2 day standard Mental Health First Aid Course on 11th & 12th November.

Course is open to to the public. Only 20 places available. No walk ins or unregistered participants.

This 2 day standard mental health first aid course will teach you how to provide initial support to someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or problem.

Learn the signs & symptoms of common mental health problems in adults, how to provide initial help, where & how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown to be effective, and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation.
