Esperance Ravensthorpe Leadership Initiative

We are excited to announce the launch of the Esperance Ravensthorpe Leadership Initiative (ERLI)

ERLI is a regional leadership program commencing Feb 2023 that has been locally developed to invest in our potential and emerging leaders by providing guidance and support for participants to learn and refine their leadership skills. We anticipate that this will result in long-term benefits for the local region. RDA Goldfields Esperance will deliver ERLI with the support of our program partners: Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry and South Regional TAFE.

At this stage we anticipate running the Goldfields Leadership Initiative in Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 2024.

We are looking for local business leaders to serve as mentors to participants throughout the program.

We also strongly encourage local industry to support the growth of this initiative by sponsoring the program, providing a demonstrable opportunity to actively support the future movers and shakers across our patch of the world.

Women’s Leadership Forum

The 2021 Women’s Leadership Forum is a celebration of women. It aims to provide strategies for personal growth and is designed for anyone who wants to succeed in their chosen path.
The event shines a light on the important strategic position women play on the region’s economy and will act as a conduit for higher representation of female leadership across our community.
Our diverse and unique speakers will share their stories of how they pioneered in their field, overcame gender inequality and adversity and became inspiring mentors for women all over the world.
Delegates take away practical tips and strategies to advance their aspirations, boost their motivation and inspire them to take the next step.

The fantastic line up of guest speakers this year are Jenn Morris, Dr Nikki Stamp, Priya Cooper and Christina Matthews.
