Western Australia State-wide workforce survey underway – your invitation to participate
If you are an SME located in the Goldfields-Esperance region then you need to read the following and have your say about the workforce in the region.
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) invite you to have your say about workforce in this important WA Jobs, Education and Training (WAJET) survey.
With long-term skills and labour shortages and low unemployment rates across much of Western Australia and the Goldfields-Esperance region, there is a need to identify by survey:
- industry trends and developments,
- education and training needs, and
- training and workforce stages.
The WAJET survey forms part of the Industry Advice Report 2022 and informs the development of the State Priority Occupation List, WA Skilled Migration List/Graduate Occupation List, Priority Industry Qualifications List and other training priorities for the State.

The WAJET survey will be used to inform the development of the State Priority Occupation List (SPOL), WA Skilled Migration List (WASMOL), Graduate Occupation List (GOL), Priority Industry Qualifications List (PIQL) and other training priorities for the State.
The survey closes Friday 25 March 2022. Please contact Ms Giulia Ranelli on 6551 555 or email giulia.ranelli@dtwd.gov.au with technical questions.
